St. Thomas Aquinas
St. Thomas Aquinas is a small K-8 Catholic school of 250 students that provides an intimate environment for Catholic education. Amidst preparation for their ten year reaccreditation review, St. Thomas Aquinas brought in PlusUs to help craft a visual identity that reflected the mission and strategy of the school.
Through our rigorous research phase, PlusUs chose to focus on three key elements of the St. Thomas Aquinas brand: faith, community, and preparedness for the future. The winged crest design is a reflection of these ideals. Based on the school’s inextricable relationship between faith and academics, the new identity feels modern and relevant in today’s educational environment while acknowledging the Catholic tradition’s visually ornate history. Like St. Thomas Aquinas students, its outspread wings are both welcoming and poised for flight.
